Title: ’47 Centre Streeet’

At first glance it was like seeing an X-ray of a city street where everything is inter-related, everything is transparent. I could imagine the drawing animated – it is so joyous and engaged – with the liveliness of the characters and cars and the celestial bodies all vibrating together as a whole. It is truly a celebratory work that seems to lift life up to examine and engage in. It makes me smile through its exuberance.
